We’re excited to be hosting this year’s conference at The East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC) and Orchard Hotel, University Park, Beeston Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2RJ, on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 November 2024.

Join over 200 key staff members, principals, chairs of governors, pupils, and special guests from across OAT for two days of inspiration and growth. This year, we’re putting a spotlight on learning – how children learn, how teachers learn, and how we learn as a trust. Sessions will be organised into four strands that reflect our strategic priorities: reading, teaching, behaviour and culture, and raising attainment, and we can’t wait to share ideas and best practices with our amazing community of leaders.

Our annual conference is more than just an event — it’s a celebration of our collective vision and the steps we’ll take to achieve it. We’ll delve into our strategy, future goals as a trust and chart the path to reach them.

What makes this year extra special? Our talented pupils will be at the heart of the event, taking on roles as hosts and performers. We also have some globally-renowned speakers lined up — stay tuned for more exciting announcements!
