Performance coach and author
Owen works with leaders, organisations and teams on developing a competitive advantage through their performance environment and their leadership capability. He regularly speaks and presents to a wide range of corporate leadership teams across the world.
His first book, Belonging, was released in May 2021, and debuted in the Amazon Top 40, and has been ranked no.1 on Amazon for both business coaching and business management books.
Owen has previously worked with NATO, the British Olympic team, the England football team, the South Africa cricket team and the Royal Ballet School.
Prior to his coaching career, Owen was an employment and sports lawyer, and partner in the London law firm of Lewis Silkin. During his legal career he had sabbaticals with Barclays Capital and Saatchi & Saatchi.
